Jmpr

Jmpr stands for Jumper.

I was in TGV Sunway Pyramid yesterday to watch AVP2 with Ben when I notice this upcoming new movie "Jumper". The trailer is good, but I know trailer can be deceiving. Things can always be too good to be true. Well, I guess I will have to wait for it to release and see if it's worth my money.

The casts of Jumper are awesome to me. I am always a fan of Hayden Christensen's acting since he acted in Star Wars and Life as a House. Then we have Rachel Bilson. If you're fanatic over The O.C. then you'll know who she is - Summer Roberts. The next in line will be Jamie Bell. No doubt he is popular during his time in Billy Elliot followed by King Kong. He is also the guy in Green Day's video Wake Me up When September Ends. Samuel L. Jackson also starred in this movie.

Jumper is basically about this guy David that has the ability to teleport. A movie will be boring without some action, so we have the people that hunt down those jumpers.

Here is an excerpt of the synopsis courtesy of Apple Trailer:

"A genetic anomaly allows a young man to teleport himself anywhere. He discovers this gift has existed for centuries and finds himself in a war that has been raging for thousands of years between "Jumpers" and those who have sworn to kill them."

I can't wait for it to be release and I'll definitely head to the cinema for it.

Holiday

I got nothing better to do so I decided to play around with photoshop. Here (on top) is something I sort of make out of it. It's a bit simple.

***

So, I drove to cyber from my house in Putra Heights yesterday. LOL! Actually, this is my first time so it is some kind of accomplishment for me. All of this just to register for MUET. How pathetic!

By the way, I want to declare that:

"HOLIDAY MODE ACTIVATED for three weeks."

This means no more poring into books which is what I did during study weeks. Semester 2 had been extremely unbearable since we need to know everything in just mere seven weeks, as usual. I am so glad that it is over and am seriously looking forward to fill my holidays with activities. As far as I know, holidays can also be boring. So, I'll try my best to make it worthwhile this time around. Perhaps a New Year resolution: to make every holiday in 2008 a meaningful one. Hmm...a good one. Lol.

I think I should step foot into malls and cinemas pretty soon. It's been like ages I haven't been in touch with both the malls and the cinemas due to hectic schedule. Besides, I think I will also spend more time exploring photoshop (my so called latest amusement) as well as getting a healthier me. Here, I wan to emphasize that I am not saying I am previously unhealthy. It is just that I haven't really been exercising much. I used to love jogging back in my hometown. People do think that I gained a pound or two.

I guess I'll just have to wait and see what I manage to do then.

Tagged 1.0

I got tagged by Goch, so here it goes. It is only an easy task.

1. Andy Lau? omg....speechless...never thought of it.

2. Lee Hyori... All I know is that she is a korean singer. Perhaps the shape of her face matches mine :-p

3. Misha Omar! At least I have the Malaysian blood in me for resembling a local artist. Speaking of her, she is one of my favourite local singer of all time...Bunga-bunga cinta~~Layu di pusaran.

4. Takeshi Kaneshiro! WOW with a capital letter. To be able to resemble him for 67% is so great. I am so flattered.

5. Mika Nakashima... She is one of my favourite jap artist, portraying Nana based on a manga of the same name and singing the theme song Glamorous Sky...she is sizzling hot!

6. Takuya Kimura... I remember him. He is the actor of japanese drama "Long Vacation" which was aired on TV3 ages ago. I vividly recall seeing him as the face of Levi's too once when I was walking around shopping complexes back in my schooling days. Maybe one day I can be Levi's ambassador as well. Who knows?! >.<

7. Michelle Williams! She is the star of Dawson's Creek and also a brokeback hottie. I adore her acting skills during Dawson's Creek as Jen Lindley. Plus, she gave an outstanding, highly emotional performance in Brokeback Mountain. I wonder which part of me looks like her...

8. Sho Sakurai? I totally got no idea who he is.

Anyway, do try this fun thing.
